Ok, but what happens now? Are these people arrested? Are they removed from their positions? Any actions are taken by you or somebody else? Any protests? No? So, why they need to sweat?
As long as these criminals are staying in high power, they do not need to worry. And honestly, you are a fool to think that many of them don’t have connections high up that will protect them or sufficient money to pay people.
StumpWM? You are a masochistic nerd 😂
WM: i3, sway, also playing around with dwm
DE: Xfce
I just need basic functionality, and most tiling WMs are fairly similar. i3 vs. Sway is basically the Xorg vs. Wayland question. I like dwm for its absolute minimalism and the fact that you configure it by editing or patching C and recompiling.
You can try to say this in a crowd of the followers of the religion of peace about their prophet. Hope you can run fast and you have a place to hide.

Technology@lemmy.world•Microsoft's GitHub bans security researcher who posted zero-day Windows exploits because company 'ruined their life' — expert claims action is vindictive and promises further retaliationEnglish
2·13 days agoYou can well imagine that this reaction will fall on fruitful ground that some security experts will think twice about sending it to M$ or better selling it on the dark web, especially zero day exploits! Hell, boy, Microsoft does not seem to know with whom they are messing with.
AFAIK on Reddit you get BANNED right away. If you are lucky for few days, otherwise eternally.

You don’t have such fields in openrc, runit or S6.

science@lemmy.world•High blood pressure, heart attacks linked to common preservatives in foodEnglish
1·20 days agoAFAIK preservatives (“préservatifs”) means in French condom - as this article is related to a French Institute I am kinda inclined to inform about that 😂, not that anybody starts to worry about condoms in food.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Apple’s M3 Silicon Surrenders to Linux: A Technical Milestone for Open Source
1·4 months agoI don’t know if this is indeed a milestone or may not pose a danger to OS, because large silicon companies eat up all the independent, small groups.

Great cartoon and so much what is sometimes going on in the job world. In my case:
Chef: You cannot work alone on problems. If you have one, don’t wait, but approach us.
Chef after evaluation of work: You showed little autonomy (without mentioning that it has to do with approaching them when problems).
