Yet…. Just wait until they require an approved OS for “safety” to activate a SIM. Just think BF6 and Secure Boot.

Doubt. Most are probably bots now, let alone able to answer a question like that.
Said this in another thread
So how long until celluar providers also say you have to have a trusted device to activate your SIM? Apple, Google, Samsung, automotive and Windows would be fine and they’d probably allow their branded or limited hotspots.
This would basically eliminate any Linux option (pc or phone), and DIY devices. I could see other OOB vendors getting on board to be certified to have a certificate issued to them.

So I’ve heard the what, has there been any explanation as to why or how it happened?
I loved playing the first game when I was younger. It was like a more exploration based Sonic game. You had some fast parts and then others where you tried to find hidden areas.
When you saw how they managed to put a person on the moon with room sized computers and about 145K lines of code, yeah I can see how they think it’d be possible.
Shouldn’t spoil anything and if you go with the defaults you’ll get pretty much the stock story just with better graphics and QOL tweaks. It’s been a couple years since I last played it but was getting ready to do another run through with the newest version.
Definitely get GMDX. They just released a new version a couple months ago. Lots of gameplay tweaks and a serious overhaul of textures. Definitely makes it worth playing.
my partner does not allow gaming at all
What? I’m curious to hear why. Gaming has shown to increase hand eye coordination, better thinking and logical skills, and if you go for non-electronic gaming it can help a person develop social skills by interacting with others.
A blanket ban on gaming just seems short sighted, rather than teaching them rights and wrongs around playing and overplay
Meant to reply to him, not you. You basically said something similar to me.
Yeah but the US isn’t all that matters. For reference VW group is the largest automaker in the world, so the comment “no one is buying their cars” is very short sighted.
Sadly this is (or used to be) valid in PHP and it made for some debugging “fun”.
I was staying at a hotel nearby Heathrow that overlooked the runway and got to see a Concord land and take off. Thing was so loud even with sound dampening windows it still shook the place where normally you couldn’t hear any other plane.
Yeah I understand the resource utilization concern but a lot of people are pissed about ingesting their comments. There were people who actually thought putting CC terms on their posts would actually do anything.
Got everything ready to try. Just need to pull out my 360. Would I use it long term? Probably not, but this is too cool of a test to pass up.
Every time this pops up I have the same thing to say… there is nothing that is stopping them from setting up their own federated instance and via the ActivityPub protocol have everything delivered to them in a neatly formatted package ready to ingest, no scraping needed and nothing we could do except try to defederate with them, but we’d have to know which servers are theirs.
Look, just because your one of the people who understands it, doesn’t mean their one of the ones who do.
All it will ultimately do is create a talent split. Companies willing to embrace WFH will be able to snap up talent and companies forcing RTO will start to flounder over time.
