Stow-ic (Stoic): To be emotionally disconnected, stable, without reaction.
Sto-ike (Stoich): Slang, of an engine to be running at it’s optimal stoichiometric ratio for combustion
I spend too much time in car groups.
Stoich is also a general term for stoichiometry, in chemistry. Same idea as with engines, but more general.
I’ve seen that terminology used for engines, but I had no idea it was pronounced different and had another meaning.
I am running at my optimal stoichiometric ratio. I am above your jest.
stoich
could you use this in a sentence? i’m having a hard time understanding how to use it.
“The ratio of air to fuel inside the cylinder is at 14.7 to 1, exactly at stoich.”
ohh got it, thank you :)
“This conversation is giving me a stoich”
Made me snort laugh, Anon read about it enough to identify with it before hearing the word and got made fun of by kids who learned the name from Pewdiepie
This is actually funny
Seems realistic
Joke’s on you, I don’t know how either of those is pronounced!
One is pronounced “stow-ic” and one is pronounced “stoike”.
silly, You assume I know how stow-ic and stoike are pronounced, those symbols are pronounced differently in other languages.
hey man, i think you dropped your gay card
Poor anon was just a st-oik.
Disco Elysium in one meme.
At least he still has his gay card
