It may be best selling but players give it extreamly low scores once they tried it:

I think they trusted blizzard to not mess up the game, and they did of course.

- Fixed multiple issues where players were able to get helltide rewards in a reasonable time
- Reduced overall game enjoyment 50-100%

It isn’t that bad and really the endgame needs some time tuning but is in an overall better place than it has been for most Diablo launches.
