I’m wondering how to protect the eventual seedlings from slugs and snails. I’m thinking of keeping them inside in paper cups until they’re so big they have to be planted out. I am not dragging large pots inside every night.
The other thought was cut off plastic bottles as ‘hats’ but if I plant in every pot I would need 12… and that’s if I plant 3 in each and thin. I don’t have to plant them all but there are 25 seeds in the packet and due to space I never use them all.
I could donate the extra to a seed library but when would I have the chance.
