I’ve just got the 4 hot sauces, but I’ve got too many other different sauces like hoisin, plum, oyster, lemon, char siu, several BBQ… I think it was comedian Paul Livingston as Flacco who said in an interview that sauce is the 6th food group. Certainly is in my house!

Plenty of other sauces here too, that really is the number of chilli based ones. Really need a fridge that’s more door racks than shelves.
