Based on some of the posts here I figured at least mild body horror is OK, but let me know if this kind of stuff isn’t wanted here and I won’t post it.

I remember seeing a picture that had been edited like this using analog techniques in one of my dad’s old Penthouse magazines when I was a teenager. For some reason it turned me on a lot, and now I’ve finally figured out how to do it with Stable Diffusion. I’d discovered Regional Prompter a while back, but the trick was to render at large size (1024x1024) and stick with the “Euler a” sampler.

When going to a large size, you no longer want to use a common or base prompt that says “two women”, because then you’re likely to end up with three or four women because of SD’s tendency to double things when you go to large sizes.
