There’s definitely arguments to be made that Android is not a true Linux distro. That being said, Android is based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and is a Linux distro according to the Linux Foundation. For the sake of commenting on a silly meme, I think we can include it.
Android isn’t linux though. That’s like saying MacOS is BSD.
