Below is the schedule over the coming days for voting and posting aussie.zone’s song for Lemmyvision 3.

- Tue 28th - voting opens
- Sun 3rd May - voting closes, votes tallied, selection announced and submitted
I know this schedule is a bit rushed, what can I say but we’ve been busy and the competition sneaks up on us. Sorry all.
c/rage@aussie.zone is participating in Lemmyvision 3 in about a weeks time. Nominations for our favourite aussie song released from January 2025 to now are open now on c/rage@aussie.zone.
To Nominate:
Post the artist name and song as a single post on c/rage, and as a comment in the stickied lemmyvision thread. Include the release date, and a link to the song you want to nominate.
Voting for the song to post to c/lemmyvision@jlai.lu
I haven’t consulted with the other mods yet on voting, but we’ll get a plan sorted out in the next few days. In previous years we’ve gone on upvotes, or maybe we’ll do some kind of tally website. If anybody has a suggestion happy to hear it.
What Next?
After May 3rd head over to c/lemmyvision@jlai.lu where the competition really starts.
We will be competing with instances from countries and specific interest areas from around the world with wide and varied tastes in music.
Derived of course from eurovision its been a fun way to find, explore, and interact with some of the websites and people that make up the lemmy social media network.
