There’s a story I heard many years ago on Tumblr about him. The building that the convention he worked was in had a glass staircase. This lead to a major problem with creepy dudes hanging out under there for easy creepshots. It was eventually decided that this area would become part of Sailor Bubba’s patrol. Legend has it that he wore his skirt the Scottish way for maximum effect.
