I used to live there, and still visit sometimes. There’s 3+ living spaces (one large lounge/dining, plus two small lounges in the smaller rhouse) and a big garden, and a large shed. Rent was always relatively cheap for the area. When I was there there was between 10-14 people living there, but it’s been renovated to add a couple more rooms recently (at the request of the tenants).
