Sounds painful to me, I want to have my own space and not have to deal with other people in it let alone 15 of them.
I bet there’s no proper garage/workshop space either for those of us who like to be able to work on things, and even if there is it’d be a nightmare sharing tools with other people. Lack of such space is unfortunately common in anything affordable now though, it’s really hard to find an apartment with an actual garage (no wonder people are lacking manual skills these days).
