The Leatherman nylon sheath with pockets is absolutely perfect for my needs, but I can’t stand that you have to feed a belt through it.

UPDATE: So, I ordered some Chicago screws and a metal belt clip. Used a leather punch to put two holes in my Leatherman sheath, assembled everything. Profit! Seems to work well!
