It’s an anti-meme. The original isn’t about STEM majors, and the destinations are -sexual, -polar, and -tch.

I’m guessing the original is something like a stereotypical bicurious girl ending up as any of straight, bi, or lesbian. And this was just a modification of it while keeping the “bi” part.
I basically chose biological sciences because the bio-boiz and eco-girls were a lot more interesting and fun than the engineers. So this checks out.
