I personally don’t like microblogging platforms in general. It’s cool that there’s an alternative to twitter and the like, but I just have no pull towards platforms that emulate that kind of environment.
I think it’s great that it’s so popular and has introduced a lot of people to the fediverse and spread awareness of ethical alternatives to corporate slop, but is not for me.

Tbh it’s an unfortunate risk that comes with relationships, period. Doesn’t matter how many relationships one has, be it simultaneously or not. Practicing safe sex, testing and communicating well is the only thing that separates someone with STDs, and someone without STDs. I’d go so far as to say people who have open relationships probably tend to practice safety more often than those who don’t

Copy 1 would be the original info saved on your main drive or wherever you access them immediately. Copy 2 is a local backup saved to an external hard drive or a home server, ideally one that’s powered off and not connected to direct power (lightning strikes)
Copy 3 can either be a cloud storage backup (such as Google Drive or OneDrive) or a copy kept at a friend’s house.

For starters don’t call women females. Yes it’s technically accurate or whatever but that’s beside the point.
Generally avoid complimenting their physique or appearance. Other than that, just be nice to them the way you are with your friends and be platonic by default. “Cool shoes.”
But like, also be genuine about it. If they aren’t cool shoes then don’t say they’re cool shoes. Find something else that’s cool.

AI and LLMs (In my very very personal and completely subjective opinion) is the coolest shit humanity has ever invented and under the right system would’ve been unanimously celebrated.

I appreciate the heads-up, and honestly the original reddit community was pretty much completely dead as well, so I’m not really expecting much to come of it. I’m mainly creating this and some other communities here because there are subreddits dedicated to them, but since I don’t want to use reddit I’m creating them here instead. Yes, it’s the PS2/GC game from the early 2000’s. As far as I am aware the scene is pretty much completely dead. The latest re-release was on the Nintendo Switch on the 28th of March 2019, and someone submitted a new WR 5 months ago on the Xbox Series S. So there’s still a pulse, but not much of one lol. This game just has a special place in my heart and I wanted to see if anyone else here actually remembers it or still holds the same reverence for it as I do
