My neighbor’s cat (a tortie) used to do this outside in patches of dirt while meowing loudly, look confused as to why she was dirty, spend a good amount of time cleaning herself, and then roll around in the dirt again.
She’s 18 now and spends most of her time napping in the sun.
Modern foundation pens with universal ink cartridges/refillable ones are pretty reliable. The only time one has leaked on me was when I dropped it and broke the pen in half. I had topen body fixed and it still works well.
Most youth vape now though. It’s not likely that this new cigarette labelling is going to get through to the target demographic.
