It’s cute when someone with a first language like that carries it over to English. “The coffee maker… he is broken 😞” I’m so sad for him!

I haven’t owned a tv since 2002. A friend’s kid thew a remote at their’s and cracked the screen. I asked if they could get it repaired and everyone looked at me like I had two heads. “You just get a new one…!”

Yeah, I’m from the US and I have a passport and no idea where my dad was born.

It’s not too late, you can adopt adults.

What about chopped up string cheese?

I hear it pronounced Urine-us more than not lately. It’s not better.
A DUI in California will run you about $20K all told. I would guess the fine would be less. But leaving the car where it was and getting a parking ticket and Uber fare back in the morning would probably still be cheaper.

It seems to be basically a blog, run by one woman who calls herself an “independent journalist.”
The “article” has gems like this:
For years, Djukanovic proudly stood with the Leopard Party, cheering on their platform of “protecting the unborn” and “getting the government out of our lives” (while simultaneously putting the government into everyone’s doctors’ offices). However, the celebratory mood shifted last month when a Leopard walked into her own living room and began sizing up her forehead.

Yes, traditional Irish stew is just thickened by stewing rough cut potatoes to release some of their starches into the broth. So with mashed potatoes, I think it will be a little bit grittier since the fiber will be incorporated as well as the starch.
It might be a good idea to add spoonfuls of mashed potatoes to the simmering chunked potatoes as they cook until you get the consistency you want.
Watching Homeland on the iPad in the kitchen.

So the potatoes are already mashed? Usually they would be in chunks for the stew… so I would say, cut up some potatoes and simmer them in beef both (to catch up with the rest of the veg in the pie… the pie is cooked already, yes?)
Then just scoop the pie into the broth and ignore the part where the meat is minced instead of chunked.
The mashed potatoes will make it a bit thicker than a traditional Irish stew, but you can leave some out if you want to.

Are you asking about recipes or do you already have the cottage pie?

And plastic champagne glasses. And those l little headbands with the year on top.
Pretty limited compared to Xmas though.

Had a chrome book that worked just fine but unbeknownst to me had an expiration date that started counting down at its date of manufacture, not the date of purchase.
The thing worked great, but no more security updates after 3 years.
Similar to the sound of the dot matrix printer, 😂
As an ancient person who grew up during the transition from actually floppy 5.25 inch disks to rigid 3.5 disks, it really bothers me that the hard ones are called “floppy.”
I know it’s about the innards still being flexible inside the plastic shell, but I grew up calling those (save icon ones) hard disks to distinguish them from the floppy ones.
For the confused:

Well, we do make sure to drape with sheets so we never see your bathing suit area. We aren’t in the room when you get undressed and under the sheet. And lots of people leave their underwear on. Somehow the dirty butt ones almost never do though 🤷♀️
Oranges (and cuties), grapefruit, kiwi, persimmons, pomegranates, figs. Apples get cold stored in reduced oxygen atmosphere to stay nice year round. Frozen fruits are always an option. Dried fruit is ok.
If you’re in the US, it’s never and always banana season.
