The name comes from a local Alternative Punk band I used to hear about all the time back in the mid 90s called Ickabod Kobain. I never heard their music ever, funny enough!

5·20 days agoGod out of all the software I’ve used over the years, to see Audacity go to hell like that is sad. I was not expecting that. And to think once upon a time, i replaced a little program called Cooledit Pro (which was bought by Adobe if I recall), with Audacity.
Well it looks like 4Chan is … [puts on shades] NoChan… YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
And that AI is not free either. They bundled it with the Office update
Trading in a PC… in 2025? To who? Where? What time period, even? They must be thinking it’s still 1985, and you can trade in your IBM Compatible to your nearest IBM Distributor.
