In my experience, some of the people that I have met that aren’t organ donors are afraid that the hospitals and doctors will do less to save you if you’re in an accident so that they can use all of your organs to “save” many more people. It’s dumb, but I’ve met a scary amount of folks who believe that.

I’ll have to look into that, thanks for the heads up.

Yeah, there are currently plenty of games for me to catch up on and buy before the deadline, most notably that physical copy of Silksong coming out in October (?). I’m just annoyed because I waited THIS long to get one, this is my first PS, and I then read this announcement a month later. I told my wife that with this console, if I was gonna splurge on it, would not be full of digital games like our Switch, only physical copies. So, I’m glad I can use PS4 and PS5 discs and that they have a large library full of stuff for me to spend my time and money on, just a little peeved that they had to do this at this scheduled time. But hey, who knows, maybe the announcement leads to public backlash and they reconsider their plan to phase out physical games. I can dream.

Oh, I know they’d never let that happen, that was mostly sarcasm sprinkled with the tiniest amount of wishful thinking.

Wow, I just bought a fucking PS5 last month. I’m not happy about this. Obviously, if I could resell my digital copy after I beat it that’d be cool.

Kanopy is such a gem, so much good stuff.

I just installed ReVanced and it’s full of ads. How do I stop that?

If everyone in corporate America is expendable at any time, how do Jamie Dimon (and all the other bank execs) that knew about (and concealed) SARs on Epstein’s accounts still have jobs?
This is the best thing I’ve seen in a long time.
Extra credit for using “does” instead of “do”, you really managed to capture the essence of this Great Age of Stupidity. 😆
