Could you expand on this (if possible)? I haven’t been seeing that.

It does; I didn’t know. Thanks for the sacrifice!
Mike Ybarra said the goal for the fix was the 15th and Adam Fletcher more recently said it is still being worked on but didn’t give a timeframe. Sounds like it’s a tricky one.
The mystery tortured gift one seems to work (at least for me) but still no credit for the general one.
Pretty common with games nowadays. Not sure why when they seem to be just fixes and not new arts/sound assets.
You might’ve been right the first time; I don’t have builds or the talent tree memorized. I was just going off feelings/intuition and it wasn’t based on facts. Regardless, extra points to spend elsewhere is great!
Agreed that these changes look exciting! Wish they’d come sooner for my sorc on the eternal realm though…
Not sure it’ll free up THAT many talent points, but even half of that would be pretty good. Overall smoothing out of the gameplay so you don’t have to min-max just to be mid-tier is a great thing.
Possibly. I believe that most of the issues that make things look “laggy” are client-side rather than network/game server related. VRAM issues may be part of the cause, but also have caused situations where the game crashes as well.
If monsters have more density then they have more health. That’s just science.
In addition, it looks like there are VRAM management changes as well: https://www.wowhead.com/diablo-4/news/patch-1-1-1-includes-vram-fix-blizzard-confirms-334424
They haven’t but I don’t think that applies here as it shouldn’t modify any of the game files. I haven’t heard of it being an issue with other games either but I also don’t keep an eagle eye on that stuff.
Agreed. Hard to say without playing, of course, but it looks like it’s going in the right direction and they’re focusing on damage reduction (which they mentioned was really strong) instead of armor and resistances. Might finish my chain lightning Sorc’s journey to 100 after the patch.
For New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, if you have one of the SNES controllers (or something similar), that may help. I found it played a bit better than the Pro controller, for some reason. Probably my muscle memory from playing so much SNES back in the day! I thought New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe was really difficult to get through even though I played through and conquered the other Marios.
CoH is one of those games that isn’t quite a “recommended to everyone” game but it’s one that I think many will really like. It’s also only $15 right now, so not a huge investment if you don’t like it. Kinda weird there haven’t been many similar games made (I was aware of like 2).
Completed the Diablo 4 campaign. Loved the story (lots of good stories in the side quests too) and the ending cinematic was one of the best they’ve ever done. First play through was a chain lightning Sorcerer and now trying a werewolf Druid on Season 1. Have also played Necromancer and a little bit of Barbarian.
WoW’s community is kinda toxic sometimes in group stuff. Population wise, it still has plenty of people. The latest expansion, Dragonflight, is one of their best expansions. Having a lot of fun with it.
Tons of nice changes to Sorc and Barb (skills, items, and paragon). Also, a smaller number of changes to all other classes’ skills, items, and paragon. Looks like they’re erring on the side of slightly overpowered rather than underpowered. Talked about removing or reducing the effects where there’s a buff but it has a downside (I believe the term they used was “kiss curse”). Improvements to mounts, VRAM issue fixes, exit dungeon back to 3 seconds, making all reasonable builds/fantasies (like companion druids) possible and have parity, increased mob density, and lots more.
Development isn’t a promise; it’s a goal.
Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes. Fun game, good port, and harder than I remembered.
Also putting more time in TOTK, Diablo 4, and WoW.
Vendoring is selling and mats are materials (things like herbs, ores, leathers, shards, etc.).
One thing people often overlook is size. You’ll probably want something that’s Lil.
Gotcha. Definitely sounds annoying!
