Oh shit! hope that goes well. I’m one of those never-broke-a-bone lucky guys. But, just found out that my left leg is significantly shorter than my right and the severe back pain is almost certainly related. Feels like I shoulda figured that out a while ago. Could kind of tell but never got around to properly investigated
30’s are where I realized it’s not about losing, say, the physical strength to deadlift and shuffle something maxing your muscles out, it’s when doing that carries serious risk of fucking you up.
Or yeah, like you said, jolts to your body giving suck. It helps if you give yourself a second to plan before doing though
