I think it’s much more likely they have 39 wastes of energy that will be sent to the void in the near future, and one chance to make something of value. At least based on what I’ve seen from these organizations in the past.
For me it was a time issue. If I was a teenager with time to kill, I’d sink endless hours into it. But regularly picking it up and putting it down is kind of disruptive to the flow of the game in my opinion. It’s not something I feel you can play for 30 minutes or even an hour and get much out of.
Overall incredible game though, that I highly recommend.
Hogwarts Legacy is a great game, but it doesn’t play as well on Steam Deck as many other incredible titles do. I’m not sure why it was picked for that.
This whole list is full of questionable choices imo.

Love this question / thought game.
I could probably spend hours discussing this, and wondered about the future of Zelda games a lot growing up.
I’d like to see Vaati and Twinrova (antagonists other than Ganondorf) be the focus of the next games. Even if that choice lead to a greater antagonists storyline in a sequel, that revealed Ganondorf behind it all.
As you mention, the handheld games are incredible, and provide so much opportunity. If they one day released Oracle of Secrets, in any capacity, I imagine it would break Zelda fans minds across the world.
Surprised we haven’t seen launchers adding native support for Linux. You’d think they would want to take advantage of the millions of steam decks on the market.
Perhaps they are busy contemplating their own hardware investments, which will surely flood the market with cheap and poorly constructed knockoffs.
