Also it was a powder like seasoning so I guess got washed away during the cooking process or something. Had a bit of a zing to it, mild and slightly sweet taste, I guess it wasn’t too far off the mark.

Maybe it mixing it with crumbing or something would help hold the flavour. I tried to bind it with only egg and it was ok but a total mess and maybe the egg could have over powered the seasoning.
