    You could try and see it as an opportunity for you to fondly remember what’s gone, but then embrace and experience what’s new and changed. Going backwards inside can give you a new lease of life if you can let yourself enjoy it! So maybe reframe your brain and have fun like you did in those memories?

      I haven’t really felt fun but more a sense of taking stock and acknowledging where I am now in life and what that opens up. I definitely don’t want to dwell in the past but these changes remind me that I’m ready to move on (for what it’s worth those friends I dined with are no longer friends…)

        That’s very introspective, which is a difficult skill to learn and most people I’ve met are rubbish at it.

        So are you asking yourself, or do you already know, what you your next move is? What your goals are?
