At 7 and 4 I’d recommend a semi-prone pairs hold. Operator (7 year old) places the lanucher on shoulder, holds trigger handle, holds andrests secondary handle on something, looks forward through sight. Partner (4 year old) hugs operator for stability, looks rearward to keep backblast clear. Due to the low mass of the crew, they should be very careful to ensure the system is is completely recoilless.
I actually went full historical: old ones pour powder, insert ball, insert cloth, push down, put powder on ignition plate (don’t remember the English name). Or put rounds in it. Or insert magazines. Same for pistol and old cannon (or breach loaf ofc). But good points on the missile launcher! I didn’t consider an rpg or at-4 recoil.
Inspect magazine, insert magazine.
Depends on the type of gun, probably 1.
Insert round, insert charge bag(s), close breach.
