I was kinda worried when I saw the subject line of the email.
Steam is actually pretty decent, by company standards.

That… actually explains the logic of this lawsuit for me. I still disagree and think they’re overly litigious fucks, but I think I might understand a less malicious argument for it. If someone mods a see 'n say to have a different audio track and slaps some new stickers on it, that’s still a see 'n say, right? The mechanism is fundamental to the product - a see n say is the spinning wheel -> random noise and Pokemon is video game where you throw balls at wild not-animals to catch them and use them to battle people. There’s a difference between a toy that’s heavily inspired by another one and being an edgy five year old with a firearm sticker pack who gives them to the cows and chickens and sheep.
I really have more of a games as art philosophy though, and I’ll just point to the works of Andy Warhol and Marcel Duchamp to make my argument here, my edible just kicked in.
Especially the people getting this update, PC has had this update for like six months already, this announcement is for Switch and mobile versions. Android is the only one that can install mods and not always well.
Uh… I just slide the pizza out of the oven onto the box. There’s a bit of skill involved to do it in one smooth movement to keep from very mildly burning yourself, but it’s totally doable.
It surprises me a bit that PS3 emulation isn’t a thing on some of the newest Android phones (but not actually good yet). I could probably do PS2 fairly well on my current phone, and it’s so old it’s an LG, was the jump from PS2 to PS3 that big of a jump? (Having lived through that era… actually yeah, it kinda was.)
I was in DAK Dinoland attractions for a while and then I worked in merchandise for a few years in the same park. A friend of mine was a monorail pilot around 2008 or so. Were you in the college program?
I’m a former cast member, can confirm. During Traditions (company culture and job orientation/training), they’re taught to point with two fingers for exactly the reason you point out, and Walt Disney is shown pointing like that in the slides. They don’t tell you, but most people eventually figure out, that there’s a cigarette photoshopped out of his fingers.
Wait, really? D:
Her Wikipedia page seems to have expanded very quickly over the past few weeks and some PR person seems to have done some CYA on there.
A burrito bowl with both black and pinto beans would be lit, and probably not that strange for a vegetarian.
Where can you buy Canadian Smarties in Minnesota? And do they sell all dressed chips too? Because I have no idea and I want some all dressed chips, lol.

This, we all know James would be the one on the leash.
I had a friend who got in trouble with the FBI this way.
The insane pricing creating a miserable push to do all the things is basically the entire Disney experience for families. I used to work in one of the parks, and people were exhausted and burnt out trying to do everything, and my advice to people visiting the parks was always “don’t try to do everything, try to pick some of it and enjoy what you do”.
Maybe look into Bazzite, it’s a gaming focused distro that’s pretty beginner friendly.
Shit(posting) Just Works!
I’m going to disagree with you on the “is Mac better than Windows” front - I think there’s good arguments either way though. At least with a Mac, the end user is still, mostly, who they are designing for. On Windows the end user is becoming the product.
Based on my experience with a modded 3ds, many people are willing to spend a few extra minutes on transferring data if they can avoid annoyances with juggling physical media. Unless there’s a common USB mod for the C64, propping your phone up to your C64 for a few minutes might have some appeal from a convenience perspective.
Another Jak and Daxter could be awesome, but I was so thoroughly disappointed in the Crash Team Racing remaster a few years ago it has basically made me give up hope that nostalgia-based games can be more than cash grabs.
I think we’re unofficially Canadians, so it works.
