My personal one is “Dumb fuck in a truck.”

If you are able to get it I highly recommend Viva Pinata Pocket Paradise. It’s very chill and easy to pick up and put down. I still play my copy from time to time.
The place I sent my parrot to when he passed puts a numbered metal tag on each pet before they go in and the tag stays with the ashes. They also did a foot impression and sent the ashes back in a simple but lovely clay urn. It was a little weird seeing the ashes in a ziplock inside the urn but I totally get it since they were a small family business.
I love all of this but, Gale really has that Dr. Frank N. Furter vibe going on.
My mother in law who’s a staunch Republican told my husband that she shouldn’t have to learn anything new at her age. This is the type of people we’re dealing with. They are willfully and spitefully ignorant.
That was pretty cool. I’m going to have to try some of this out.
I recently bought the Cat Quest trilogy. I played the first two on my switch but the third one just came out and Steam did the whole bundle at a discount so I snagged it. Been enjoying replaying the first two before I start on the new one.
Fun fact: The inside of the upper beak is where taste buds are located for parrots. Scientists are still studying to find out if this is the case for all types of birds or just some species.
That’s weird. The link should be to the Wikipedia entry but thanks for making a steam link too!
Maize, a point and click/walking simulator/puzzle game about a secret military project to create sentient corn. Quite possibly the silliest game I’ve ever played.
(I love your screen name)
Doing the Lord’s work ❤️
I’d like to request Pony Island. Honestly I’ll probably get this even if I don’t win because I love games that troll me.
I’m a basic bitch who usually sticks to honey mustard but I really like your sense of variety. They all sound really yummy.
I would imagine that this is for transportation of medicine that needs to be kept cold like insulin?
That’s really awful that you had to experience that. You found a very valid solution to a disability that enabled you to learn and got shit for it. Shorthand is a real skill and professional shorthand is not easy to learn. I remember my mom had a professional secretary’s shorthand textbook that I used to love growing up. It was like learning another language and I did end up using some of it in school for my personal notes. Hell stenography is still a valid profession and uses it’s own form of shorthand. You are awesome and your teacher was an ass.
Holy shit that is so wrong, and I am here for it.
I work mornings in the office and drive home on lunch break to wfh the rest of the day and all my best solutions pop into my head in that drive home. It’s great because it’s a quick break from work to get the brain percolating and then I can jump right into solving mode as soon as I get home.
I’m torn about this because I have good mentors but I genuinely want to try to learn how to code and not just have the answers given to me right away. At least I’m only working on volunteer project so being slow isn’t really holding anyone else up.
This is the most promising research for diabetes I’ve read in a while.
