I went off a medication a couple years ago but I didn’t tell anyone. I still get it filled routinely, my benefits pay for it. It’s hidden away in a safe place for when it’s time for me to go. I figure maybe 8 more years.

If you think you have nothing to hide, imagine pooping with the bathroom door open all of the time.

To be fair most of my managers would agree with calling him that, but we’re not American.

Not perfect, but it’s so nice just to really be yourself at work because you don’t have to impress your manager.

I love being a union member. Every few years they just negotiate me a better wage. If my manager acts like an asshole I bring my rep to a meeting. My manager tried some shit with me a couple of years ago, so I just filed a workload report and she had to meekly explain herself to my rep and why it wouldn’t happen again and what plan she would put in place to ensure it didn’t. It’s so nice to have enforceable rights.

I’ve officially reached a stage of middle age where my spouse and I stopped sharing a bed. I do sleep with my dog though, who is very snuggly.

All my drawers broke too, as well as the jazz board, twice. Pieces of shit.

I had to have my jazz board replaced twice on a very expensive Amana fridge. I don’t know the answer.

Ugh all appliances are such crap now. I want an old vacuum that lasts a lifetime from the 80s. They were much better.

All the plastic shelves they all have now break anyway, as well as the shitty plastic drawers. The drawers on mine all broke, and the jazz board died twice. Waste of money. I’d rather buy an old one on Marketplace.

I did focus groups and surveys for money. I often would just stock up on toiletries from Amazon when I had gift cards. That shit is expensive so it lets my grocery budget breathe.

Hahaha…

Basil is 5.99 at my grocery store today.

I like the idea of owning a basil plant. But you can’t plant it in winter weather and they’re impossible to keep alive inside, I find.
