There are sooo many technologies that we fully figured out years ago but they can’t just make it optimal and move on.
This is why we have washing machines using internet for whatever reason.

These motherfuckers started the wave and are salty cause it didn’t help them long term.

Cause what I’ve seen is producing worse quality at a higher cost (which is subsidized).






I did the same but I noticed that rechargeable batteries have a much smaller capacity than the regular AA, it basically became such a chore that I ended up buying another controller with built in battery.
IMO they should give you rechargeable batteries out of the box that get recharged by the controller itself, that way at least your not losing any functionality
