Pretty sure it actually predates Apple’s version too…

I’m sure the robots will enjoy their new OLED though.
I just use the ping integration of Home Assistant, simple for me since I’ve already got HA running.

If I didn’t charge it on the drive home, it’d probably die during the day.

Phones aren’t getting drastic upgrades with each physical release - most exciting upgrades are typically software based.

Control is a fantastic game - definitely recommend a completion run for all the lore.
Most people in the market for a deck can probably follow a tutorial to replace the storage
Just got some gift cards for my birthday, my Steam Wallet is ready!

This seems more like a way to achieve what Samsung does with its messaging app
Midnitte@kbin.socialto Android@lemdro.id•Google Messages readying 'Profiles' to set your name and photo4·2 years agoThere’s a setting under Message’s RCS chat to auto resend as SMS if RCS can’t send.
To be fair, this setting is reliably not working and is a known issue.
Midnitte@kbin.socialto Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Mozilla Senior Director of Content explained why Mozilla has taken an interest in the fediverse and Mastodon23·2 years agoI’m not entirely sure that’s true. The money goes to Mozilla and Mozilla will use it to fund Firefox (and other projects). It seems to work exactly how one would expect it to work - you just can’t donate directly to a project such as Firefox.
There are limits to how much money they can move to projects due to their structure as a 501©3, (but all of their projects are towards an open web) so maybe not all of the funding goes to Firefox, but it still does go to Firefox.

Midnitte@kbin.socialto Android@lemmy.world•At least 200+ desktop extensions to be available on Firefox Android in December1·2 years agoI submitted a bug report about it, but I was never able to reproduce it reliably - seemed like it was due to leaving the tab around for a long time.
If it happened that frequently, I would definitely see if you can reproduce it while recording logs so it can help them track it down!
Midnitte@kbin.socialto Android@lemmy.world•At least 200+ desktop extensions to be available on Firefox Android in December5·2 years agoAgreed. Although there is a bug where the current tab won’t respond to any input (such as refreshing or new url entry) and you need to close the tab… it hasn’t yet been annoying enough to open a new issue though…
Yes please!
The whole buffer/quick record that’s been added to video card drivers have been a boon for capturing those blimo and you’ll miss it episodes of hilarity.
