But its backed by real hard facts and sourced from one of the smallest neckbeards ever.

I like zabbix. It can monitor what ever i like, using snmp, ipmi, rest apis or its own agent.
I have a team member insisting on using netdata, but outside of the nice dashboard it doesn’t provide anything. It is local only, and setting up alarms is a pain. And tbh it nags more than canonical stuff
You base this on some sort of research into usage of nsfw tagging or just pull shit out of your ass?
That tag covers a lot of different things. This has been debated on reddit for 15 years, with no progress on other types of tags. It’s the only one, so while it says “work” it includes stuff a lot of us don’t need/want in general. It’s there to censor stuff
Yeah. Or that was the original meaning like 15 years back. Now there are hide nsfw settings in most clients and some of them where thats the default
No - and if they left it at that it would be great. I had to clean up 25 devices that had ububtu Lts, and that advantage had enabled the repos for thst shit, so apt wouldnt even do a dist-upgrade to prepare for do-release-upgrade.
Its not just the OS either, they are cancer to oss with their mixed «community» and enterprise stuff.
They only ever open source as little as they can.
Sell services, not code
Sometimes its not my computer though, sometimes its a server at work and it needs pure debian. It does not need snap. It does not need ubuntu-advantage.
Yes! This is all about being offended by breastfeeding! Everything is about breastfeeding!
Unless you work as a doom scroller. But even then it can be dangerous and offending. Censor that too
Censor it! Most things can be unsafe for work. What if you are a formula one driver?? You should not be breastfeeding while driving a gazillion miles per 860 seconds
Just censor everything- it’s the internet after all and someone will be offended
You totally misunderstand MIT licensing
Its a silly system that only worked on reddit for a short while. If you are old enough you’d know that already from slaahdot karma development/history
Shame you lost the privacy screenshots. Whats the numbers behind the apps, and how did you test?
Sometimes i see something on reddit that ive seem already here. Very little is OC
Seems fishy to me. But they are saying to message them for more info.
Maybe theres some local club or makerspace where you could ask if anyone have a reader they can lend you. If its just a few carts and a one time job that would be enough
Printing is a bitch no matter the platform and its usually the producers of the printers that fail. Everyone wants to make their own standard or interpret any standard in their own way. Duplex settings? Sometimes easy to find, and sometimes called something else and put in a weird spot of the interface.
Basic printing to usb is fine on Linux. My pi zero hooked to a brother laser has been providing wifi printing for me for the last 5 years. Installed cups and connected the usb and it was rocking
