I understand your underlying point and I can appreciate the mocking component, but I think these are done to optimize engagement for monetary reasons but that current of revenue is heavily tainted with something worse. I’m all for passive resistance though as we step into enforced regulation of speech.

I want a set of Powerblock adjustable dumbbells and brand new they’re about $470. People want $350-$400 and they’re not even close to “like new.” Missing tags, broken brackets, rusty, and obvious signs of use. I’d pay $250 for a used set, but everyone I’ve messaged says they’re firm in their price. The kicker is that there are about 20 sets for sale within 50 miles of me.

That’s not true at all. I know a lot of married couples that feel like roommates and their marriages are easy. My wife and I make time to go on dates, plan vacations together, trade hobby time for bonding time.
