More like balancing on a tiny stool. Now I get the feeling that he might topple over at any moment.

Aw, thanks. It’s just my default behavior.
It takes a moment, and then I’ll remember why I’m actually there. But the impulse to not want to be a bother to anyone runs deep :)
This is legitimately the first response that comes to mind when I’m at a doctor’s appointment that I personally asked for.
Like, I don’t want to bother this nice lady with my problems. I’m sure she has better things to do than having to listen to me.
They might carry over to the sequel, you never know.
My 4 year old son once leaned too far backwards and fell over in one of our heavy wooden dining chairs. He was dazed but thankfully ok.
But the back of the dining chair was completely broken.I managed to salvage it as a stool by sawing off the remains of the back. But whenever my kids now ask why we only have three dining chairs, I tell them in graphic detail about what happened the last time when someone was wobbling on their chair.

5·3 months agoI love the form factor. It looks like a perfect little device to carry in my handbag.
I kind of like brutalist architecture, especially the interior design. It’s kind of soothing to be around, especially when it’s combined with plants.
I missed that the full game has been released!
The demo was a lot of fun. And for some reason the graphics scratch some kind of nostalgic itch for old 80’s CGA graphics.

8·4 months agoWest of Loathing and Shadows over Loathing are two really funny and silly games.
I already did all that stuff in my head, I can’t be bothered doing it for a second time.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•For those that have taken finasteride, what has been your experience?English
4·5 months agoI’ve been on it for about 3.5 months now and I think I can see it starting to have effect. Though that could be wishful thinking on my part :)
There’s not been any effect down there. Though in my case I was warned that finasteride could cause somber thoughts and was thoroughly questioned on whether or not I had suicidal thoughts before. But that might just be an extra precaution because of me being trans. Thankfully I haven’t noticed any mood changes, though I asked my partner to keep an eye out.
Also finasteride could have an impact on your liver, so I had to get my blood tested as a precaution.
My GP was hesitant on prescribing due to these effects, but allowed it to due to gender dysphoria.
So that’s where the name comes from. I never would’ve guessed it was something this straightforward :)

:)
Edit:
Oh, I didn’t read that you were looking for images.
Fixed :)
