1 year agoI would if I could, but my body doesn’t like that. Usually do 3-4 times per week and try to cross train on my off days. I lift but I don’t get that same meditative feeling. Cycling is close but still not quite the same.
Mine will do the same periodically and thus far a reset has always fixed the issue. Hopefully it continues to fix the issue.
