In English, que isn’t a word. It’s a misspelling of queue

I recommend old episodes of Burns and Allen. Gracie Allen was a master at this kind of humor

80·23 days agoThis is a place to be part of a crowd, not really about being recognized. I’m not here to make personal friends, nor a following.
I’m here for news and discussion. This doesn’t really require recognizability between threads
In my experience, I would try to perform a miracle gesture, but instead I would accidentally grab a person and throw them across the map.
So a lot like that, yeah

38·1 month agoSuper Mario Bros 3 for the NES opened with a curtain rising as if the whole thing was a theater production.
This theme has been hinted at for a long time
Ah, so real but not quite “historical”
The colors threw me, I guess
Does anyone know, is this a legit historical protest sign, or did someone Photoshop this?
Either way, it’s a good message
Challenges that require replaying a level several times to achieve them can be very rewarding
Unless the level also comes with unskippable cut scenes or long conversations on horseback
Let me count the ways it has been for me… Capitalization, using -, not using -, wrong quotes, mismatched quotes, no quotes, reading the command the same wrong way about five times and typing it that way. Well this could take forever to list them all.
I just copy paste first now. That way I learn none of the commands or syntax at all

It’s home instances that we are tribal about more than software interface.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Why people say they have a "boy cat" or a "girl cat" but when the cat grows up, they don't call is a "man cat" or "woman cat"?English
62·5 months agoMy cat was an “old man cat” for a while before he passed.
Anyhow, a “man cat” just sounds like a cat who dresses up like a man and fights crime

3·6 months agoNo, instead scaled sort makes the feed dominated by single users posting the same thing to 5 similar communities. Or a community’s single moderator posting 5 or 12 things at once to a community with no users
I find it far less helpful when browsing all.

BG3 has a limit of quick saves it keeps. I think by default it keeps 10.
But just the same, it’s still save scumming if you save just before a check and reload if it fails. You don’t need several saves to do that.
