Also sounds like you had a crappy realtor. If you’re using a realtor, get them to work for you, that’s what they’re for. Give them the specs of the house you’re looking for, sure, but they should be calling you with listings, vetting the homes before they show them to you, handling negotiation relays and inspection setups, etc.
Just general advice, yes you pay them, but if they aren’t working for you, pay someone else.
The thing I tell people is that as a parent, you are going to put maybe a few hours into blocking them from getting to stuff. They are then going to spend as much time as they want trying to get through it. You can dig through concrete with a spoon if you’re patient enough.

Despite all the interesting advice in this thread the thing that helped me the most was accepting and getting used to the fact that if you’re going to lose weight you’re going to be hungry.
You’re not starving to death, you’re not dying, but there are times where you’re going to just have to be hungry and deal with it. Our bodies are very good at doing their best to keep us alive, and hunger is our bodies way of saying “we need to look for food”. The problem is we didn’t evolve that skill at a time when looking for food only takes a few minutes and can involve thousands of calories.
If you’re overweight your body is going to sound alarm bells that it’s eating into the reserves, but you need to acknowledge that and let the reserves get used so you can lose weight.
It’s “gross” because the stuff they do has to be behind doors, otherwise it would be visible how many are actually gay or bi and they can’t have that. Gotta hide that hypocrisy behind closed doors.

A smaller switch would be a terrible idea. They’re already pushing so hard to have mainstream games on the console, and those games have UI elements that can only get so small before they’re useless. You’d have to develop your UI around being used on these tiny screens, which either takes extra work or leaves big screen users screwed.
A smaller screen switch would basically be relegated to phone games, and all other games would lose a lot of detail to size

Yeah I want to emphasize this too. It doesn’t “require you to take debt”, it checks to see if you pay your debts on time. If you carry a $5 credit card bill and pay it next month that has a positive effect. If you don’t pay that it doesn’t matter how much it is, you missed a payment, that’s a negative. You don’t have to have a bunch of loans to have a good credit score, you have to pay your bills.
Thats why having a credit card can be good for your credit score because you are effectively borrowing money until the end of the month, then paying it back. That signals on your credit score “hey this person borrows $1000 a month, and pays it back every time. They’re a reliable borrower”
You are completely correct. The “happy path” or what to do if everything goes right is fairly straightforward for autonomous cars. It’s when it gets into exceptions or unexpected scenarios like this that it becomes a problem. It’s a car so you can’t just stop it in the middle of the road, but you cant tell it to ignore road signs either
Giga Chad as a concept is used by whoever wants to use it to justify anything they want by saying “'cause I’m a Chad”. In the same way that Chuck Norris did. 90% of the memes for each can be replaced with the other and lose almost no relevance. Someone can use a giga Chad meme to say “women’s rights are a joke” and the same for Chuck Norris. They can also say “defending the homies when they want to share their feelings to the bros”. In my experience it depends on the bar. I have a local that I like that is very laid back and relaxed bar scene, you still get some rowdy groups, but it’s not like fighting for the bartenders attention or blasting music. Perfectly easy to go in alone or with friends, sit down and shoot the shit for a few hours. Doesn’t really matter what’s in your glass.
