The philosophy behind the fediverse tends to attract a chill crowd that wants to just discuss and pass time without an agenda—like selling products or karma farming. It also keeps bots at a minimum.

Indeed. Eating plants makes you resilient against many stresses at the cellular level. Hence the lower inflammation.

Some plant compounds (polyphenols) signal the stresses the plant has experienced to our body. And our body prepares survival mechanisms against it.

That even minor discomfort is an enemy and should be treated with medication or distractions.
Luckily I believe in a version of heaven that has unlimited computers. I would spend eternity writing Rust and Haskell without worrying about deadlines or running out of Ram.
