1000 yard stare
Nothing. Romania is generally fine. I hitchhiked an couch surfed solo. Had only good experiences.
It is not as complicated as it looks! As a long time windows user I’m in the process of getting used to the command line and I love the simplicity and direct way of doing things. For some tasks and small programs it is amazing. Grep for example is something amazing that you couldn’t do in a windows type UI.
For other stuff like visualizing a directory tree you can always use a mouse interface. You’re rarely forced to use the terminal.
Seems fair, you pay 1000 for the logo and 600 for the hardware.
In Germany and Spain and I suspect in the whole eu you have to show your id when you buy a sim and they register it to you.
More like monetization phase. As seen with Netflix and Co.
You are not allowed to distribute unreal source. From their FAQ:
Unreal Engine licensees are permitted to post engine code snippets (up to 30 lines) in a public forum, but only for the purpose of discussing the content of the snippet

Why is it a scam? For clean showers and toilets I’m willing to pay an euro
Just a warning: The current version has performance issues, it stutters like crazy even on beefy setups. It seems they didn’t get the level streaming implementation of UE5 right on the first try. This will probably get fixed for 1.0, but currently it’s painful playing in some parts of the map.
