They had this period where they were giving rights to the IP to independent studios to make spin off games as you mention, Hextech Mayhem was a rhythm side scroller with one of the two characters also being in Arcane, Convergence was a metroidvania about Ekko (secondary character in Arcane), and then there was Mageseeker (developped by the people behind Moonlighter!), Song of Nunu, Ruined King, also Bandle Tale which is basically Animal Crossing / Stardew Valley

Anyway after a while they just shelved this, instead of expanding their franchise, guess it wasn’t profitable enough, because everything is about money for Riot

They’re working on their own Street Fighter and Jinx is in it, but it’s definitely not going to appeal to the people who loved Arcane but were outsiders to the franchise
