OP, you and your husband should download the Stellarium app. You can compare stars together when you talk. 🙂
Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake is a good example of “stop! stop! he’s already dead!”
A diss track that calls you out as a pedophile is the most-awarded song in Grammys history, became a theme song of the DNC, was the hit of the Superbowl. And at said Superbowl, he twisted the knife by inviting Serena Williams, someone who you stalked, to dance as a lil fuck you.
I don’t follow hip hop or much pop culture, and even I know this. I know there’s way more instances of absolute murder that haven’t bubbled up to people like me knowing. Time to wave the flag, Drake.
I too wouldn’t actually do it because I don’t trust corporations that would make this shit. But I’ve often dreamed of having a “think to text” option, like speech to text but without having to say it out loud. If this existed I’d have a first draft of a novel from all the plotting and imagining scenes and dialogue when I go on walks. It feels much harder to get the juices flowing when I’m at home with my computer.
My insurance pays for it which I find shocking. I do find it helpful whether it’s placebo or something else, and since it’s covered I do it.
Hypnagogic hallucinations, completely normal!
Imo this gets to the crux of how “people don’t want to work” is such horseshit. People don’t mind, or even like working to share knowledge and build community. And when they have the capacity and free time, they’ll do it for no pay.
People don’t want to work at something that feels like it makes no difference in their world or the world, when they’re not getting treated well or paid enough. They’ll work at things that deserve it in their life.
