I never understood why people care so much about their property values. I personally think it makes me worse off when my house goes up in value. Now I have to pay more in property taxes and I can’t move because all other houses are way more expensive too.
It was always clear that VR, 3D, blockchain were fads. But AI is already useful as is. The hype may not be as high in the future but AI is here to stay.

I thought I was already exaggerating a little with 35k to 270k. But now I feel it was realistic.
On a side note, please don’t even consider taking a job at Netflix. Everybody who works there is always under threat of losing their job. They constantly reevaluate employees and managers are forced to churn through people even when their team is working well. The culture is absolutely savage.

Most of the states have at-will laws. Meaning companies can fire people without cause as they please.
And they will still claim a tax deduction.
I take it this is just a hypothetical situation. Eventually it will be case.
