          Referring to finding deeper information, from an actual human response. I’ve always known that pattern as a Paisley, but here’s a word I’ve never heard of hinting different geographic origins.

    Paisley. It was really popular pattern in the late 1960s / early 1970s in curtains and furniture.

    It’s called paisley. Originated in Persia, but named after a town in Scotland.

    I call it “paramecia”. But that’s just my personal way of calling it, without knowing the real original name !
