12·5 days agoIt seems this one was commissioned as an antenna tower, not repurposed (according to Wikipedia). Might just be an architect that found the shape cool and practical.
As a kid I saw this one in Paris, bigger and with offices inside, but with the same purpose (radio and TV antennas) https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tour_hertzienne_TDF_site_Romainville
I assure you it’s not though. This is in the middle of the city.

2·7 days agoYes really. But there are stupid people unfortunately that are not interested nor incentivised to change their predicament (privileges are very permissive to this kind). Someone stupid asking honest questions is the first step to healing though.

15·1 month agoYeah, 3 years and they did not bother check how their tech was used by a state spy agency? Only review when journalists find out? Makes me wanna puke. And Amazon now hosting the data of mass surveilance…not one better than the other.
