Anyway, thanks again for the expert troubleshooting help, but no can do on that front. It’s a work laptop, I have no admin privileges. One time I tapped on download chrome and got written up for violating the AUP. I had to initial every paragraph on a paper copy HR gave me to have my login reinstated.
