  • That’s definitely a bad idea to invite them to tea:

    1. They know you saw them
    2. They’ve got permission to enter you house
    3. You are giving them food!!

It sound like a recipe to get your daughter stolen from you, or to have your house falling down on your head, or losing your mind or straight being skinned you and your family.

Carefully go back so they don’t know you saw them.
Do not ever speak to this to anyone, not to your parent, your neighbour, your child not to your SO, not on the internet or your diary and lets hope you don’t speak in your dream.

  • Last time I moved. Went to the mass transit agency and got maps of every neighbourghood I need it go or pass through. I was lucky to find one with my neighbourghood as well as my office. I keep it this me always in my pocket.
It works offline, never bugs or slows down and the interface never have a glitch. And if I want to, I can still use the GPS that’s in my phone. It’s not like I lost the option bc I have a paper map.

    They are free though…

Yes, Physics majors are a bit too hierachical with science like there were not doing non-rigorous math themselves but let’s be honest: on the other spectrum of real/fake science it is very very hard to find actual people seriously studying the field, like you have to go up to doctorant to find the kind of serious study you find in physic undergrad.

  • actual cultural proximity between France and Japan

Yes. It is also my perception. We are so far apart from each other, physically and culturally but somehow it fells like there is some link that connected us. For example, French and Japanese are among the hardest language to learn in the world, bc they both have a overly complicated writting system but somehow, there is an ease for a japanese speaker to learn spoken french vice versa.
