Valve does not decide how much the games cost, its the publisher Microsoft of the games. And why is Microsoft singled out here? This is true for every other publisher as well, including Sony and third parties. There is no evidence for the claim that has been made. You can’t accuse being in a cartel just because you had a bad dream. Sounds like made up arguments.

Doesn’t valve itself have a rule that you can’t sell the product for lower in other locations? It has to remain the same? So how was this collusion ? I don’t understand.

Yes, there is a rule and contract when selling games on Steam. Microsoft knew this day one, as any other publisher (not sure why Microsoft is singled out here). Valve wants to have price parity of games sold on Steam and other stores. But exceptions are made for short term sales.

LMAO, if there were any legitimate signs of collusion they would have been revealed during discovery of the other pointless lawsuits.

    What a weak argument.

Yeah, you tell em! Sitting in the corner of your bedroom facing the corner while someone you met on craigslist has sex with your partner is something winners do too! You can’t just call someone a loser for having their lunch money stolen and wearing a t-shirt with their bullies name on it!

Remember 2012?? Bacon narwhal! Le steam sale epic! I love Gabe! I love billionaires!

I don’t get it. What’s wrong with it? If it is that clear, could you explain it to me?

There’s nothing to explain. I guess the idea of someone who just follows Gabe Newell is funny and could be interpreted as lame. It’s not that deep.

But that still does not answer my question as to why that is “lame” (or in other words “loser”). So in this entire conversation and reply chain, you just wasted my time? If you don’t gonna answer the question, why do you keep these “lame” replies then? I just asked a simple question, didn’t I? And if it is relaly obvious and easy to see, how does it come you can’t explain it? Seems like a paradox to me.

How? Maybe my pronunciation is different from yours (Germany here). I tried it out and it doesn’t sound like “Gay Boner” on my end.
