I blocked them a while ago, lemmy seems more open without the clutter.
Who’s bones of the Moon though?
Dang it, he just posted an awesome video that I love.
Well…probation it is.

This one guy invented “the laff box”, a fairly complex machine with a wide variety of laughs that you could put together however you wanted to, and it was so successful in getting the audience to laugh that every show used it.
And that one guy would often be the only one who knew how to operate it, and could basically play a piano of laughs to suit the mood or whatever for any tv show.
It’s a pretty great story if you’re interested
You made perfect sense, and this post was overwhelmingly upvoted.
Chill out.
Next time:
“Was this ai-written?”
“No, I wrote this.”
"Cool, I like sailing too.
Maybe.
“With essentially just those two control inputs an incredible variety and complexity of movements is possible”
“If you have ever met sailors, they probably are really intense…”
“For a long sailboat that have a consequently big turning radius”
There are so many bizarre yet precise turns of phrase repeating themselves that it’s difficult for me to see them typing this all out.
Did you type all of that out?
That is a lot.
Is that AI generated?
I don’t get it, if it’s free why is it 5.99?
That doesn’t slide either way.
If they’re thinking that rationally about “he’s old and therefore unfit”, they’re also aware enough to realize that a treasonous, lying rapist and convicted felon is the worse choice.
They’ll also be aware enough to know that debates are silly primping displays that have nothing to do with being the president.
This debate is a wash at worst for confirmed voters(Donald Trump’s obvious lies arent tolerated like they were 8 or 4 years ago) and dumps is obviously the worst imaginable choice for undecided voters.
Plus he’s half a billion dollars in the bag right now for his campaign.
Go vote.
Hell yeah, vote joe.

Holy cow, I burst out laughing like six times. So funny.
Do it. Few hours on a plane, affordable healthcare.
Easy peasy.
It doesn’t look like the picture is loading and there’s no link.
Sounds cool though
I understand you’re afraid of revealing your ignorance.
That ship has sailed.
I’m very directly telling you to ask for help.
Nothing disingenuous.
Got it, thanks. I like a mix in a lawn, i let my last backyard grow wild for half a year to see what happened. It was pretty cool, lots of honeybees showed up.
Pppffbbbthhh haha thanks.
Guess I’ll just sit in this, I guess.
Update: thank you for pointing out to me which community this was posted on.
I’m going to leave this post up as a cautionary tale for people like me who don’t pay enough attention!
But Linux is cool cuz it’s so fast and it doesn’t break.
Long as I’ve been using it anyway.
So now linux is going to be much slower, going to break and be more susceptible to security breaches?
I’m not a programmer, is the upside supposed to be that with so many more programmers able to work on the kernel, those issues will be able to be fixed by the extra programmers?
It’s not like there’s anything wrong with Linux right now.
Whooooa yusss, all clover lawns are welcome. That’s awesome.
That’s good to know that your dad was able to put it in so simply too.
Wow! It looks so lush for 3 weeks since, that’s amazing.
I heard about alternative lines a while ago and decided I didn’t want grass, but I had never considered clover and that seems pretty great
I mentioned it that there are a bunch of methods but I just mentioned the two that helped me the most.
Wanted to keep things simple.
I didn’t like the alarm one. That in particular, seems like it would mess with my head more since it’s disrupting sleep.
And I didn’t notice any difference when I used it.
There were a bunch of methods I tried, but most ranged from impractical to irritating, I didn’t want it to disrupt my life too much.
The dream journaling and reality testing was simple and resulted in fairly rapid awareness of my dreams.
That does sound tough, not being able to distinguish dreams from reality.
I had a really cool one where I was like ninja flipping around a mall sliding down jumping off escalator handrails fighting these zombie dogs.
That was pretty rad.
The clutter from everybody is much more educational and enjoyable for me than the clutter from a handful of people.
